The company has experienced several structural reforms since 2010. Sinochem Ningbo was reformed as Ninhua Group, with core operation divisions of Pharmaceutical, Agrochemical, and HVAC that later transformed into subsidiary companies. The Agrochemical business consolidated into Ningbo Sunjoy Agroscience holding five management headquarters and three subsidiary companies, integrates trade, manufacture, and research into one company umbrella, thus forming a robust business ecosystem. Sunjoy Agro has established Bioassay Center and multiple laboratories successively, injecting new vitality into the leap-forward development. The company has over 100 researchers, with an annual research funding of $5 million, seeking innovative solutions to problems on the key crops and introducing a new generation of crop protection products to the market.
