Notice on Changing the Company Name from "Sinochem Ningbo Import & Export Co., Ltd." to "Sinochem Ningbo (Group) Co., Ltd."

With the continuous development and growth of the company, the name "Sinochem Ningbo Import & Export Co., Ltd." can no longer describe the company's positioning, connotation, and direction accurately. In 2004, with the approval of Ningbo Administration for Industry and Commerce, the company name was changed from "Sinochem Ningbo Import & Export Co., Ltd." to "Sinochem Ningbo (Group) Co., Ltd.". The company will continue to use the abbreviation of "Sinochem Ningbo" and the original company logo.
