New Solid Formulation Workshop

Sunjoy Agro invested $7 million in a new solid formulation workshop, which is a four-story building with a construction area of 10,000 square meters, was completed in September 2022.
The completion of the new workshop marks the strategic application of “large-scale formulation & small-scale technical”. We hope to reach a new high in terms of cost reduction and market development.
4 Production lines of WP & SP with designed output of 40 tons/day.
- The crushing system with cooling function is suitable for the production with low melting point TC materials;
- The double-screw stirring and mixing system improves the mixing uniformity of active ingredient, adjuvant and filler;
- The air compressor makes product evenly pulverized to improve product stability;
- The comprehensive cleaning function prevent cross-contamination when switching product production
2 production lines of WG & SG with designed output of 10 tons/day.
- Fully automated production from inputting raw material to finished granules;
- Full-circulation cooling system keeps temperature below 45℃ to meet the production requirement of low-melting point TC;
- The drying system automatically controls within the range of±1°C of the set temperature to ensure the drying efficiency;
- The comprehensive cleaning function prevent cross-contamination when switching product production;
2 production lines of DF with designed output of 10 tons/ day.
- The two-step polymerization method is suitable for a wide range of DF and WG (spherical granules);
- The polymerization method can solve the problem of low melting point and low density TC, so as to manufacture innovative DF formulations;
- The wetting time of DF produced by the polymerization method is less than 10s, which is much faster than the conventional wetting time of 90s;
- The production line is designed in accordance with GMP, and can be cleaned thoroughly to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.
